Mark as Useful Calls to tell me that they have a lawsuit against my name and social security number and I will be arrested at my place of employment or doorstep. They also said I need to call them back before something goes wrong with me. Something else is said but I cannot make out the other words.

Mark as Useful Automated call saying Charter One and to call them to Activate your Visa Debit Card. Fraud. I am not a client. When I called their actual customer service number and spoke with a Rep they said in order to remove a NON client they needed my cell number and name. Provided Cell only w fake name....they still call it is obviously a scam. Ignore them or pickup hangup immediately if you get this number

Mark as Useful "angie Jones" left msg on my phone saying that I owe on a loan (which I NEVER GOT) and that if i didnt call or have my attorney call "she couldnt be responsible for what would happen to me". THese scumbags scammed my info off the internet loan app I filled out to get a legimate loan... Now they are calling my work every day and i am getting in trouble for it....
